Shipping Policy

Please call 1(760)473-1732 or send an email to sales@uspowerandtest.com, to get a custom quote or to provide your Fed Ex account details including account number, complete ship to address, telephone number of recipient and the same information of the person placing the order if different from the recipient.

All shipments on the customer account must be insured for the full value of the purchase or maximum allowed by Fed Ex, whichever is less. The customer can request priority type shipping services and the seller will do their best to accommodate any such requests; but the seller does not guarantee such service will be able to be carried out.

For international shipments, the customer must also provide their VAT or any required tax or customs ID number. We will then provide weight and shipment dimensions in response via email. The customer can, if he chooses to, use his own carrier and provide a shipping label and commercial invoice or arrange a carrier pickup.

All international shipments must be paid in advance by wire transfer. Feel free to contact us for wire instructions.

If shipping was performed using our (the seller’s) shipping accounts, it is non-refundable to the buyer for any reason.

No shipping, paid by the customer, to return a unit, will be refunded by the seller. All shipping expenses are the obligation of the customer.
